We are in the middle of Tornado cleanup here in Temple Texas. To add insult to injury my vehicle decided to die. I had spoken to Andy Baulac a few weeks previously.Andy understood the challenges I was up against and brought the vehicle I was interested in to my home for a test drive. He then took me to my mechanic to pick up my vehicle. I came back that afternoon to purchase the vehicle. This is my second purchase with Don Ringler. The experience just keeps getting better!!! We are from Minnesota and our vehicle broke down by Temple. Went into the dealership and spoke with Sean. He was an excellent salesperson (and even funny) which really helped since we were very stressed out. We found a new vehicle and he had us in talking to Morgan, the finance manager in no time. Morgan explained everything very clearly (he also was quite funny) and before we knew it we were on our way back to Minnesota. We have nothing but praise and great things to say about this dealership!! I guarantee they would be our dealership if we lived closer! Came in to Don Ringler Chevrolet months back and dealt with Mr. Cook and unfortunately didn’t make a deal at that time. We left and visited a couple of local Chevy Dealers to find out that maybe we made a mistake not buying from Don Ringler months before. We came back and ended up buying the exact truck we wanted! Charlie was very knowledgeable and straightforward with the process. NO usual sales tactics that the other two previous dealers tried on us. Thank you Don Ringler for having the staff that treat you like family.

I don’t think I’ve ever been treated better by a car dealer in my life and I’ve dealt with many. I knew I had the right salesperson the minute she answered my first question. Debbie Shepperd treated me like a king and the dealer’s overall approach was extremely accommodating. The processing was very fast and efficient and my time there was determined more by me than by the dealer’s actions. After much research and eyes on several dealers I felt I’d hit the jackpot. It’s a car dealership but it felt more like a family outing. Congrats on good policy, great personal interaction, and excellent people.

All I can say about Tara is this an Associate who CARES. I’m our world today business people cannot find job seekers who do what they say they will do or can do. Tara is a “ doer “. Example: I texted her last last night ( Sunday night ) not expecting a response until Monday morning. Surprisingly she responded and shared all she was doing to track down a part needed for my repair. And it was great news.
