Purchased our new Tahoe from salesman Austin.He was very knowledgeable and very helpful with our purchase. After our purchase the Tahoe had an annoying wind noise from drivers side. Paul the service manager tried everything in his power to make it right. The service department had an engineer from GM to help with a solution. We picked up our vehicle today with wind noise resolved. My hat is off for service advisor Dylan for putting up with my unhappy complaints. This service the part is the worst you'll ever see! They had my vehicle 2 months, no communication from the service advisor unless I called. I was being told that there was a delay on parts (lie), then the mechanic was working on another vehicle..... I was able to drive my vehicle in, had zero issues with the transmission, but was told it needed to be replaced and was quoted 13k for that service along with the initial issue, so I refused service because I didn't feel comfortable- no I didn't trust them at this point so I ... Barrett Ledger is the reason we bought our car at Don Ringler Chevrolet in Temple. We had shopped for vehicles from Austin to Waco but Barrett showed us exactly what we wanted, he was not pushy, and was very helpful. He was also very knowledgeable about the new features of the car. Everyone we met there was quite nice but Barrett was outstanding.

Went to look a round at trucks at Don Ringler and met with salesperson Miss Debbie. Miss Debbie is very knowledgeable, nice and friendly. Paul, Ryan and Tara are a group of amazing people they have gone above and beyond for us everytime we have had a issue with one of our trucks. Today Tara help me for 45 minutes to get a fuse that no auto parts store could find but she made it happen.
I came in with the intent at looking at 2 vehicles that were used and not a Chevy. Harold greeted us from the start and treated us like vip guest. We ended up with an amazing Chevy Equinox that we fell in love with. The level of care was phenomenal and made my husband and my husband happy and so beyond expectations. I have taken my 2016 Corvette there twice in the last 12 months and have spent in excess of 10,000$ getting work done. Until today I have been very satisfied. Lack of communication I don’t know if this guy is new to the industry but definitely by far the worst salesman I’ve worked with….gotten 3 vehicles from don ringler so this very disappointing had to take my business somewhere else….ridiculous how he never responded back to my messages…..truly a shame

This is one of the best staff in a service department I have ever had the privilege of dealing with. They are always friendly and informative. Today was an expensive day for my truck. I had spoken to Andy Baulac a few weeks previously.Andy understood the challenges I was up against and brought the vehicle I was interested in to my home for a test drive. Just picked up my car. My air conditioner did not work. "Ryan" took care of my issues. He was so pleasant and friendly. I have an extended warranty and he took care of everything.
