This is one of the best staff in a service department I have ever had the privilege of dealing with. They are always friendly and informative. Today was an expensive day for my truck. Had to get the oil changed and four new tires because they were due. Well, about six days ago both batteries decided to die and that was unexpected. We are in the middle of Tornado cleanup here in Temple Texas. To add insult to injury my vehicle decided to die. I had spoken to Andy Baulac a few weeks previously.Andy understood the challenges I was up against and brought the vehicle I was interested in to my home for a test drive. Just picked up my car. My air conditioner did not work. "Ryan" took care of my issues. He was so pleasant and friendly. I have an extended warranty and he took care of everything. I was taking a camper to Boerne, TX when my 2018 GMC Sierra duramax had an injector issue and put me in limp mode. Called DonRingler, asked for service and Ryan Anderson took care of me. Had truck towed to them and they got me fixed and headed back to Indiana the next day. Can’t beat the service especially for someone not from the area.
I shopped around and worked with multiple dealers before finding Don Dingler Chevrolet. About an hour drive for me but worth it. Traded in my old truck and bought a new Colorado Z71, exact color and packages I was looking for. Sean Campbell and Alex made the process quick and painless. Satisfied with the price I paid, trade in value, and didn’t have any dealer “surprises”.

Bought a 2024 tahoe today and had a great experience. Sean was awesome and will use him again. The rest of the team from Morgan in finance, Ryan in service, and chip the sales manager were super nice and I feel they are still treating costumers right and care about return business.
