Well let me start by saying I don’t like car buying at all! Of course I like getting a new vehicle but it’s the process. Don Ringler Chevrolet and sales rep Charlie Cook have completely changed that for me. The dealership is family oriented and it shows. The atmosphere of the building is wonderful you can feel it instantly. My sales rep Charlie Cook was great, I instantly had a good feeling about him when we shook hands. He’s very friendly, personable, easy to talk to. He didn’t rush anything, very knowledgeable just all around a good person and it shows when you meet him.
