There's a reason this dealer has a higher rating than any other dealers in the area. The new truck buying situation at a dealer was always a terrible time. My wife and I went to two other dealerships, where we were already getting approached and talked to before we could even close the doors from parking. At Don Ringler it was much more enjoyable, we weren't rushed to as soon as they saw us try to get out of our vehicle upon arrival. Knowledgeable salesman (shout-out to Sean) was very easy to deal with. Every step of the way I'm out truck buying process everyone was easy going and best of all... honest straight shooting with the facts or details. The finance department tried their best to match the rates I received from my credit union, but ultimately fell short. The best part is they didn't try to push me on having to use their financing for "incentives". They just supplied us with the best they could do and were happy to have our business either way. Least pushy dealership experience I have had by far. Everything was more of a conversation of what is best for our needs like financing, warranties and extra protections. Honest people gave me an honestly good experience when I bought my 2023 Silverado ZR2 Thank you Don Ringler and our salesman Sean.

This was the best car buying experience I’ve had. Harold was awesome, there was no pressure… none! Alex was…Alex. 🤣 He was great, too! Just a fun group of guys who stayed hours after close to help us out. They let me haggle even though there wasn’t really much of a need to. We ended up leaving with two brand new cars. Definitely going back when I’m ready to upgrade to a Blazer.
