What happens after the appraiser has inspected my vehicle?
The appraiser will give us a copy of the estimate including labor, which lists all parts that were found to be damaged and how much it will cost to repair or replace them. If the collision center agrees with the appraiser’s estimate, you can then authorize the repairs.
How will the repairs be paid?
The owner of the vehicle is responsible for the payment of the repairs. To avoid delays and out of pocket expenses be sure to secure payment from your insurance company.
What happens if additional damages are discovered?
If the collision center finds additional damages from the accident, or if there are any changes that need to be made to the original appraisal, your insurance company will be notified to secure authorization or set up an additional inspection.
