Got new tires replaced along with an alignment and oil change. I told the service dept that I only had a couple hours to wait on the vehicle before I had to go to a business meeting. Don Ringler Chevy completed the work on time, giving me the time I needed to get to my meeting.

I was driving down the road and my car...
I was driving down the road and my car stopped driving. It was 5 pm. I called and got my car in that night. Mike Ramirez was the gentleman helping me. After two days of the team working on my car and still not having any luck figuring out the problem mike got me a rental car for over the weekend. He called with updates. Everyone that I talked to was very helpful and friendly.

I left my vehicle at 7am. I called about1...
I left my vehicle at 7am. I called about1 pm to check on, was told they had to order a part which would be in the next day. They would provide me with rental car. I asked to be picked by 3 to make it a dental appt Ask to be picked by 3 pm to make a dental appt. I took personal leave at 245p. At 3 i called told them driver was not there was told he would be there at any time. Driver showed up at 320p took me to enterprise to get rental. Had to cx dental appt running to late. Next day I call at 330p to check on vehicle was told they would have to call me back. at 430 i called them back to find out what happened. was told part did not arrive it was on national back order i could pick up my vechicle. Got to dealership about445 Ticket reflected oil change and rental car charges. Told them car was under certified warranty to remove rental & oil change, i told them that st time i left it. Finally got to cashier she couldn't process because it was not finished. I was very pissed. Servive had to go back to computer . Finally I left with my car at 420. I was very pissed at that time it took me to pick up my vehicle, which only 1 other customer was there at that time And already checked out. I have no idea if the part was order if it will be fixed. One of the worst customer service experience in my lifetime. If my business is not worth attention don't make me an appt. m Marilyn Karl
